Staff Well-Being Packages are adaptable to whatever you require. We can offer seated massages from 5 - 20 minutes, meditation classes and mini reiki sessions to de-stress and relax your staff. Great as a part of a staff well-being programme, enhances work/life balance, improves productivity and boosts moral. Can be done in intervals, lunch times or after work.
